Welcome to Answer247, a mobile application and digital service owned and operated by Answer247 Inc. (“Answer247”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Answer247 mobile application, website, services, and all associated content (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Application” refers to the Answer247 mobile app and all features, services, and content provided through it.
  • “Personal Information” means any information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable person, subject to applicable data privacy laws.
  • “Content” refers to all text, graphics, images, interfaces, code, data, and other materials made available through the Service.
  • “User” or “you” refers to anyone who accesses, downloads, registers for, or otherwise uses the Service.
  • “Third-Party Services” refers to external websites, tools, software, or services not operated by Answer247 but which may be integrated or linked to the Service.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

3. Description of Service

Answer247 offers premium Executive Virtual Assistant (EV) services to individuals and businesses. Our assistants are trained to help with task management, scheduling, communications, and operational support. The Service is subject to continuous updates and improvements. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application and Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
  • Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or interfere with the Service;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. User Account & Security

To use certain features of the Application, you must register for an account and provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials confidential;
  • All activity under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Answer247 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or security of third-party sites;
  • Any loss or damage from your use of third-party services.

7. User Submissions

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, support tickets, or other content to Answer247, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, and sublicense your submissions for any business purpose.

You represent that:

  • You own or have the right to submit such content;
  • It does not infringe upon third-party rights;
  • It complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your Personal Information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

Answer247 does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or be free from disruptions, delays, or errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without liability to you or any third party.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Application, Content, and Service are owned by Answer247 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service, except for the limited license explicitly set forth above.

You may not:

  • Use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our express written consent;
  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Content without authorization.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way;
  • Harass, impersonate, or defame other users or Answer247 staff;
  • Upload malicious code or viruses;
  • Violate the privacy or rights of others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement;
  • Accuracy, availability, and reliability of the Service.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Any defects will be corrected;
  • The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Answer247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, income, profits, or goodwill;
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data;
  • Errors or interruptions in the Service;
  • Use of third-party services linked through the app.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Answer247 and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Any content you submit or share;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Misuse of the Service;
  • Requests by legal authorities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Answer247 regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
